???? What You’ll Do:

???? Lead AI Innovation in Life Sciences: Design AI-powered solutions for therapy development, diagnostics, and operational efficiencies
???? Engage Clients as a Trusted Advisor: Deliver AI-driven strategies and solutions tailored to business and technology challenges
???? Deliver Complex AI Solutions: Manage the entire lifecycle from strategy to execution with global, cross-functional teams
???? Drive Business Development: Develop proposals, lead sales cycles, and present technical solutions to stakeholders
???? Mentor & Develop Teams: Coach and guide a high-performing AI solutions team
???? Be a Thought Leader: Share insights through whitepapers, presentations, and industry events

????????? Who You Are:

Minimum Qualifications:

• ???? Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• ???? 6+ years of experience in AI-driven digital transformation and innovation
• ???? 1+ years of Life Sciences experience prioritizing AI use cases
• ???? Proven experience managing complex technical engagements
• ? Willingness to travel up to 50%
• ???? Strong problem-solving skills and technical communication

Preferred Qualifications:

• ???? Ph.D. or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
• ? Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• ???? Expertise in emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Data Mesh)
• ???? Experience leading strategic engagements for large global organizations
• ???? Exceptional presentation and communication skills
