As a Data Scientist Advisor, you'll lead multi-disciplinary projects that drive operational excellence and innovation in energy production, automation, and optimization. What You’ll Do

• Lead Impactful Projects: Tackle business challenges across diverse functions including production automation, drilling process optimization, and back-office automation.
• Exploratory Data Analytics: Use data analytics to uncover insights that support strategic business solutions.
• Machine Learning & AI: Apply advanced machine learning models and generative AI techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work alongside cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge technologies and analytical workflows to the forefront of the business.
• Dashboard & Automation: Generate real-time dashboards and contribute to the deployment of automation systems that enhance operational efficiency.
• Enhance Decision-Making: Develop data-driven strategies that improve decision-making across business operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in data analytics and large dataset management.
• Education: Master's or Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, data mining tools, and experience with machine learning models.
• Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in team-oriented environments.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate fast-paced, evolving environments and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Communication: Excellent presentation skills to effectively convey insights to key stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced Degrees: Master’s or Ph.D. in Data Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Additional Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL, R, or C++.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry and knowledge of Petroleum Engineering and Geoscience workflows is a plus.
• Energy Sector Expertise: Familiarity with unconventional energy exploitation programs is highly desirable.
