As a Data Solutions Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing reporting, monitoring metrics, automation opportunities, and providing innovative insights to drive change across the organization. What You’ll Do:
- Project Management: Own data and automation projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and budgets are met while keeping management updated on progress and issues.
- Lead and Motivate: Guide your team through assignments, offering feedback and ensuring high-quality, well-organized work products.
- Identify Automation Opportunities: Spot areas within business operations where automation can create efficiencies, and help build business cases for their implementation.
- Data Analysis: Perform deep analysis to support the audit lifecycle, apply analytical models (like regression, simulation, and statistics), and uncover trends or outliers.
- Create Dashboards & Reports: Develop and oversee ad-hoc reporting and dashboard creation to proactively monitor key metrics and drive decisions.
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Partner with other internal teams (such as FinOps, SOX, and Technology) to integrate data and automation into the audit process seamlessly.
- Support Automation Initiatives: Contribute to the growth of the Automation Center of Excellence (COE), developing best practices and ensuring the quality of bot designs and automation processes.
- Test & Implement: Be hands-on in designing test procedures, validating bots, and ensuring accuracy through UAT and change control.
Technical Expertise You’ll Bring:
- Advanced knowledge of tools like SQL, Tableau, and Python.
- Hands-on experience with data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Familiarity with ETL processes, automation tools, and cutting-edge technologies such as AI and RPA.
- Strong understanding of auditing, analytics models, and data visualization.
What You’ll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- 10+ years of relevant work experience, with a deep understanding of data and analytics.
- A proven track record in managing complex projects, developing automation solutions, and driving process improvements.
- Experience in leading teams, building relationships with stakeholders, and executing cross-functional initiatives.
