What You’ll Do:
As an AI Solutions Specialist Master at Deloitte, you'll use your technical and leadership expertise to drive impactful AI initiatives that enable the transformation of the life sciences sector. Here's how you’ll make an impact:
- Client Service Excellence: Advise leading life sciences organizations on cutting-edge AI solutions, helping them solve complex challenges, drive digital transformation, and innovate faster. You'll leverage your knowledge of AI trends, integration, and architecture to build lasting relationships with clients.
- Solution Delivery Leadership: Lead teams to deliver AI-driven solutions that align with clients’ business strategies. You'll manage technical and functional teams, anticipate and resolve risks, and ensure high-quality delivery on time and within budget.
- Business Development: Be a driving force in Deloitte's growth by participating in sales pursuits, presenting solutions to clients, and showcasing your expertise in AI and life sciences. Help position Deloitte as the preferred partner for organizations looking to harness the power of AI in health.
- People Development & Mentorship: As a senior leader, you’ll mentor and coach team members to help them achieve their career goals. You'll also support the recruitment and onboarding of new talent and foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Industry Eminence: Contribute to the growth of the practice by co-authoring articles, white papers, and delivering presentations at industry events. Be an advocate for Deloitte’s AI capabilities in life sciences and health.
What You’ll Bring:
We’re looking for individuals who combine technical expertise with a passion for transforming healthcare. Specifically, you’ll need:
- 6+ years of experience in technology consulting or AI-driven digital transformation, with proven success in delivering impactful solutions.
- 1+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, with a focus on AI use cases and delivery roadmaps.
- Leadership experience managing and delivering complex engagements, often across multiple locations.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Ability to travel up to 50% to engage with clients across various industries.
- (Preferred) Ph.D. or Master's in a related field, as well as experience with emerging technologies such as GenAI, Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and advanced data architectures like Data Mesh and Data Fabric.
