We’re looking for a Life Sciences AI Solutions Specialist Master to join our dynamic team, leveraging AI, data science, and advanced technologies to drive transformation in the health and life sciences space.

The Role:As a Specialist Master at Deloitte, you’ll be a recognized leader, guiding clients through the complexities of digital transformation within the life sciences industry. You’ll bring your expertise in AI, data modernization, and technology to help clients achieve their strategic goals and accelerate impactful projects. With an emphasis on mentoring and coaching, you’ll shape the next generation of consultants while also driving business development and delivery excellence.

What You’ll Do:

• Client Engagement: Advise clients on leading practices, technology trends, and AI-powered solutions that align with their business and technology strategies. Build lasting relationships with client managers and teams to position Deloitte as their trusted partner.
• Solution Delivery: Lead technical and functional teams in designing, building, and implementing AI-driven solutions across life sciences. Manage project delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.
• AI & Digital Transformation: Spearhead the development and delivery of AI solutions for life sciences clients, with a focus on AI/ML model design, data architecture, and cloud platforms. Help clients implement transformative solutions that enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and sustainability.
• Business Development: Lead the sales cycle and contribute to winning new business by framing out client opportunities and creating compelling proposals. Position Deloitte as the go-to partner for AI and data solutions in the life sciences sector.
• People Development: Mentor and coach junior staff to help them achieve their career goals. Lead recruiting and onboarding efforts to build a diverse and talented team.
• Thought Leadership: Co-author articles, whitepapers, and presentations to contribute to Deloitte’s thought leadership. Present at conferences, universities, and other forums to elevate Deloitte’s reputation in the industry.

What You Need to Succeed:

• Experience: 6+ years in technology consulting or industry, with a proven track record of delivering impactful AI solutions. 1+ year of experience in the life sciences industry, prioritizing AI use cases and developing roadmaps for accelerated project delivery.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
• Leadership: 1+ years of experience leading complex technical engagements and managing distributed teams across multiple locations.
• AI & Cloud Expertise: Experience in AI/ML model development, cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Data Mesh).
• Strong Communication Skills: Ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present confidently to both large and small audiences.
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovative solutions in the life sciences space.
• Willingness to Travel: Ability to travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Compensation and Benefits:The wage range for this role is $151,800 to $253,000 annually, based on skills, experience, and geographic location. You’ll also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, based on individual and organizational performance.
