What You'll Do

???? Develop & Deploy: Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for traditional ML, NLP, and Generative AI solutions.

???? MLOps Excellence: Build and maintain scalable MLOps pipelines for seamless model deployment and continuous improvements.

???? Collaborate: Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and turn ideas into powerful technical solutions.

???? Data Pipeline Mastery: Create robust pipelines for data collection, cleaning, and feature engineering to power intelligent solutions.

???? Test & Validate: Conduct A/B testing, automated tests, and ongoing performance monitoring for production models.

???? Innovate: Stay at the cutting edge of AI/ML trends and continuously push boundaries with creative solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Model Mastery: Extensive experience with ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• RAG Expert: Experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications leveraging LLMs.
• Big Data Wizard: Proficiency in PySpark and other distributed computing frameworks.
• NLP Pro: Hands-on experience with Hugging Face Transformers, NLTK, SpaCy, and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Data Savvy: Strong with both SQL & NoSQL databases.
• Cloud Specialist: Hands-on experience with Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, and Azure DevOps.
• Python Expert: Skilled in Python and web frameworks like Django or Flask for API deployment.
• MLOps Rockstar: Deep understanding of model lifecycle management, CI/CD, and continuous monitoring.
• Problem-Solver: Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex challenges independently.
