Your Mission:

As a Data Scientist, LLM/AI Agent, you'll play a central role in developing advanced conversational systems powered by LLM agents for healthcare applications. You will be instrumental in translating groundbreaking ideas into scalable solutions that enhance patient experiences and healthcare outcomes.

What You'll Do:

???? Design & Develop: Lead the creation of sophisticated conversational systems powered by multi-modal LLMs for healthcare.

???? Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into innovative AI-driven solutions.

???? Research & Innovate: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring the latest advancements in LLM, Generative AI, and healthcare AI applications.

?? Prototype & Optimize: Develop, test, and iterate on algorithms and models to ensure optimal system performance.

What You Bring:

? Must-Have Qualifications:

• Education: Advanced degree in a quantitative field (Data Science, Biomedical Informatics, Applied Math, etc.), or equivalent experience.
• Expertise: Experience with LLM technologies (prompting, fine-tuning, RAG) and other generative AI technologies.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong coding skills in Python.
• Experience: 2+ years of AI/ML R&D in healthcare applications.

???? Preferred:

• Ph.D. in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Familiarity with production software development and best practices.
• Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of state-of-the-art AI architectures.
