Your Role in Innovation:

As a Machine Learning Scientist, you'll lead the development of state-of-the-art AI/ML models to unravel complex biological data, including single-cell RNA sequencing. Your expertise will help predict cellular responses, build advanced solutions, and collaborate with industry partners to revolutionize molecular biology research.

What You'll Do:

???? Innovate: Create novel AI/ML tools to decode high-throughput biological data and predict cellular behavior.
???? Collaborate: Partner with leading scientists and industry experts to integrate groundbreaking models.
???? Advise & Guide: Provide technical mentorship to lab members on projects merging engineering with molecular biology.
???? Research: Dive deep into advanced deep learning models, publishing your work in top peer-reviewed journals.
???? Prototype: Rapidly develop software solutions to bring innovative ideas to life.

What You Bring:

? Required:

• Ph.D. in a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in academia or industry.
• Strong coding skills in C++ and Python with rapid prototyping abilities in Python.
• Expertise with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow-Keras.
• Documented software project contributions (e.g., GitHub).
• Familiarity with ML algorithms like Transformers or Diffusion Models.
• Proven track record of peer-reviewed AI/ML publications with at least one first-author paper.
• Strong communication and writing skills.

• Proficiency with medical imaging libraries (PyDicom, ITK, OpenCV).
• Experience with HDF5 formats.
