What You'll Do:

???? Data Wrangling & Analysis:

  • Consolidate and model large, disparate datasets from multiple sources such as product usage metrics and customer surveys.
  • Develop insights using descriptive and predictive analytics to build an advanced customer health model.

???? Predictive Modeling:

  • Analyze patterns to proactively identify key drivers of customer health, satisfaction, and product adoption.
  • Build machine learning models where applicable to improve forecasting and engagement strategies.

???? Visual Storytelling:

  • Build engaging dashboards and reports in BI tools like Tableau or Power BI to deliver actionable insights.
  • Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

???? Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with internal data teams, data engineers, and customer-facing teams to ensure clean data pipelines and accurate reporting.

What You Bring:

???? Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related STEM field.

???? Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on data science or analytics experience, preferably in customer retention analytics or SaaS environments.

???? Technical Proficiency:

  • Strong knowledge of Python or R for analytics and predictive modeling.
  • Experience with cloud platforms like Snowflake or GCP for managing data.
  • Proficiency with Tableau or Power BI for visualization.

???? Soft Skills:

  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

???? Knowledge of machine learning models or natural language processing (NLP)
???? Familiarity with Salesforce, GitHub, or data engineering tools
????? Basic understanding of cybersecurity KPIs
