What You'll Do:
- Client Advisory: Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients adopt AI-powered solutions that meet industry demands. Offer strategic recommendations on technology trends, integration architecture, and solution design.
- AI-Driven Innovation: Use your expertise to prioritize AI use cases, build delivery roadmaps, and ensure accelerated project delivery. Present and implement technical alternatives aligned with business needs.
- Delivery Excellence: Lead complex technical engagements, from concept to deployment, ensuring seamless execution. Manage cross-functional teams across diverse locations to deliver enterprise solutions.
- Business Development: Partner with pursuit teams to craft impactful AI proposals and win client trust. Participate in proposal presentations and highlight Deloitte's capabilities.
- Team Leadership: Inspire and mentor a talented group of consultants and technologists. Foster growth, provide feedback, and help your team achieve their career goals.
- Eminence Building: Drive industry thought leadership by contributing to whitepapers, speaking engagements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
What You Bring:
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ years in technology consulting or industry, driving digital transformation and delivering AI solutions.
- 1+ year of Life Sciences experience developing AI delivery roadmaps and accelerating project execution.
- Proven ability to manage complex technical engagements across global locations.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% based on project needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. or Master’s in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Deep understanding of emerging AI technologies such as Generative AI, Data Mesh, and Data Fabric.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a knack for turning data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience leading sales cycles and creating client-focused proposals.

Compensation Range: $151,800 - $253,000 (with discretionary annual incentives based on performance).
