What You'll Do

• Design and implement custom AI/ML models, architectures, and solutions tailored to client needs.
• Evaluate applications for AI integration and determine best-fit solutions.
• Lead multi-functional teams and mentor engineers and developers.
• Engage with C-Suite stakeholders, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
• Develop strategies for AI transformation and optimization while ensuring compliance and security.

What You Bring to the Table

? Experience:

• 8+ years driving AI/ML transformation and leading technical teams.
• 8+ years hands-on with AI/ML system design and implementation.
• 3+ years working with operations teams and integration strategies.
• 2+ years in a consulting environment.

???? Skills:

• Deep knowledge of supervised/unsupervised learning, NLP, neural networks.
• Proficiency in Python, R, or Java programming.
• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google).
• Exceptional communication skills to influence technical and executive stakeholders.

Bonus Points

• Degree in Computer Science, Math, or related fields.
• Expertise with Cloud Native, DevSecOps, and big data ecosystems.
• Industry-specific knowledge (Financial Services, Healthcare, Media, etc.).
