What You’ll Do

???? Innovate ML Solutions: Develop groundbreaking features and models that enhance Apple’s ML capabilities.
? End-to-End ML Pipeline: Craft creative solutions across data pipelines, model training, and on-device optimizations.
???? Ship Impactful Features: Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to bring ML-powered features to life.
???? Experiment & Optimize: Build software to accelerate experimentation and scale model training.
???? Analyze & Improve: Define metrics, evaluate models, and conduct error analysis for continuous improvement.

What Makes You a Great Fit

???? Minimum Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Python and frameworks like PyTorch
• Experience in training deep learning models
• Strong understanding of model evaluation metrics and error analysis
• Familiarity with recent advances in deep learning
• Bachelor's, Master's, PhD, or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field

???? Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficient in Swift or similar statically typed language
• Experience in object detection, facial recognition, multi-modal, or temporal machine learning
• Expertise in HW/SW co-design for efficient ML models
• Strong skills in defining datasets and novel task metrics
• Proven track record of shipping ML features and products
