What You’ll Do:
As a Specialist Master at Deloitte, you will:
- Lead AI-driven transformations in the Life Sciences space, advising clients on technology trends, AI use cases, and digital strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Architect, design, and deliver innovative AI solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies (e.g., GenAI, cloud computing, data architectures such as Data Mesh, Data Fabric).
- Guide global teams to deliver complex technical solutions and ensure the successful execution of AI initiatives across large-scale Life Sciences engagements.
- Develop impactful roadmaps for AI project delivery, including resource planning, and track the performance and progress of projects to meet client objectives.
- Drive sales and business development efforts through client engagement, proposal creation, and presentations that showcase Deloitte’s AI expertise.
- Mentor and coach talented individuals on your team, ensuring their professional growth and helping them meet their career goals.
- Shape the future of health by collaborating with industry leaders, crafting consumer-driven strategies, and embracing new technologies to create a digitally enabled, equitable future of health.
Qualifications:
Required:
- 6+ years of experience in technology consulting, driving digital transformation with impactful AI solutions.
- 1+ years of experience in the Life Sciences industry, focused on AI use cases and project delivery roadmaps.
- 1+ years of experience leading complex technical engagements across geographically distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on client needs.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred:
- Ph.D. or Master's Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Expertise with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- In-depth knowledge of emerging technologies such as GenAI and advanced data architectures like Data Mesh and Data Fabric.
- Experience managing and delivering large-scale strategic engagements for global organizations.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think critically about data and experimental design.
- Ability to lead sales cycles, frame client opportunities, and drive business growth through proposals.
