What You’ll Do:
- Drive AI Transformation: Lead high-impact AI initiatives across healthcare portfolios, from hospital operations optimization to generative AI and diagnostic computer vision solutions.
- Be the AI Visionary: Shape technical strategies, architect AI solutions, and communicate complex ideas to healthcare executives and stakeholders.
- Innovate with Purpose: Collaborate with data scientists, solution architects, and engineers to develop and deploy AI solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Thought Leadership: Represent Deloitte as a healthcare AI thought leader through executive briefings, proposals, and presentations.
- Partner Ecosystem: Build strategic relationships within Deloitte and across global AI ecosystems to accelerate innovation.
What You Bring:
- Advanced Expertise: Master’s, Ph.D., or M.D. in a STEM field preferred
- AI Mastery: 8+ years of experience with AI/ML techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) and statistical algorithm validation
- Healthcare Insight: 5+ years in the healthcare, life sciences, or biotech sectors
- Technical Leadership: Proven success managing teams delivering complex AI/ML workloads
- Business Savvy: 3+ years shaping and selling AI solutions, with strong business development skills
- Client-Focused: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to bridge technical concepts with business impact
- Innovator's Mindset: Passion for solving complex challenges and bringing AI to life in healthcare
