Compensation: $116,000 - $136,000 + Equity

As a Staff Decision Scientist, Client Analytics, you'll be at the forefront of delivering actionable insights and analytical solutions for our third-party publisher clients. This role goes beyond just data—it's about crafting stories that transform numbers into strategic growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Be the Voice of Data: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, to deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.
• Lead Large-Scale Analytical Projects: Own and guide complex analytical initiatives from start to finish, providing milestone updates and delivering exceptional results.
• Client Success through Innovation: Partner with high-value client account teams and present impactful findings to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
• Data-Driven Storytelling: Create compelling client-facing narratives using visualizations and insights that spark action.
• Mentorship & Thought Leadership: Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of analytics excellence by sharing emerging trends and technical insights.

What You Bring:

• Proven Experience: 7+ years in analytics with a strong background in delivering client-focused insights.
• Technical Prowess: Expertise in modern data tools (Databricks, SQL, Python, Git/GitHub) and BI tools (Looker, Tableau).
• Client Savvy: Ability to communicate complex analytics results to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Domain Expertise: Extensive experience in the CPG space is a plus.
• Exceptional Communication: Skilled at creating data-driven narratives through visualization and storytelling techniques.
• Mentorship Mindset: A passion for upskilling and guiding junior team members.
• Proactive & Curious: A problem-solver who translates ambiguity into structured data solutions.
