What You’ll Do:
???? Architect and Innovate AI Solutions:
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced AI and machine learning solutions, integrating Generative AI (GenAI), LLMs, and multimodal models.
- Develop AI frameworks and cloud-native tools to support chatbot development, process optimization, and cognitive services.
???? Technical and Strategic Leadership:
- Define the technical direction for AI/ML architecture aligned with strategic goals.
- Pilot AI use cases and collaborate across Enterprise, Application, and Data teams.
- Ensure ethical AI deployment while mitigating risks such as model theft and adversarial samples.
???? Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with product managers and business stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI solutions.
- Guide development teams on best practices for MLOps and LLMOps.
???? Operational Excellence:
- Lead Agile rituals as Scrum Master, fostering continuous improvement.
- Ensure product stability through CI/CD pipelines and rigorous code reviews.
What You Bring:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of technical leadership, architecture design, and implementation experience
- 2+ years of building GenAI environments
- Proficiency in MLOps, cloud services (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud), and Agile workflows
Preferred:
- Master’s degree in AI/ML or related field
- AI/ML and Cloud Certifications (AWS Machine Learning, Azure AI Engineer, etc.)
- Deep expertise in machine learning, statistics, and Generative AI
