What You’ll Do:
???? AI/ML Model Development:
- Dive deep into the world of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and document understanding to build cutting-edge machine learning models.
- Apply the latest deep learning methods to tackle complex challenges in contract management, including semantic retrieval, text understanding, and summarization.
- Develop, test, and evaluate models to deliver personalized, automated customer experiences across the DocuSign platform.
???? Collaborate & Innovate:
- Work with a talented team of Applied Scientists to push the boundaries of AI and build production-level models for high-impact solutions.
- Partner with engineering teams to deploy scalable AI systems and monitor performance.
- Translate business needs into machine learning solutions, ensuring products deliver measurable value to DocuSign’s customers.

What You Bring:
???? Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field; OR 3+ years of experience with a Master’s degree; OR a PhD with no experience required.
- Expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or similar frameworks for developing deep learning solutions.
- Fluent in Python for machine learning model development and optimization.
???? Preferred Experience:
- Proven experience deploying large-scale document understanding models in production.
- Familiarity with the latest NLP techniques, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and language representations.
- Knowledge of OCR and text extraction techniques from various formats (PDF, DOCX, Images).
- A passion for continuous learning and pushing the envelope on AI/ML advancements.
