What You’ll Do:

- Develop and implement cutting-edge ML models using the latest in deep learning to personalize the Pinterest experience, including Homefeed, Ads, Growth, Shopping, and Search.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment, iterate, and optimize machine learning models across multiple surfaces, driving engagement and user satisfaction.
- Build and enhance data processing pipelines, handling large-scale data to ensure a seamless and personalized user experience for millions of users.
- Stay Ahead of Industry Trends by researching and experimenting with the latest advances in recommender systems, NLP, and reinforcement learning.

What We’re Looking For:
???? Essential Qualifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a focus on personalization, user modeling, recommendation systems, ranking, and search.
- Proficient in data processing pipelines and large-scale machine learning systems, with experience in big data technologies like Hadoop or Spark.
- Deep understanding of ML algorithms and their application in real-world product features.

- M.S. or Ph.D. in Machine Learning or related field.
- Research publications at top ML conferences.
- Expertise in real-time systems and the ability to process stream data at scale.
