What You’ll Be Doing:

Lead impactful projects and unlock data-driven insights that support electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to fuel innovation, guide decision-making, and support digital health initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute real-world evidence studies that drive healthcare innovation.
  • Partner with leaders across clinical, regulatory, and marketing functions to prioritize projects.
  • Leverage diverse healthcare data sets, such as electronic health records and device monitoring data, to inform healthcare decisions.
  • Build relationships with key opinion leaders in healthcare and present findings at global conferences.
  • Lead the preparation of scientific manuscripts and reports for regulatory bodies.
  • Manage a high-performing team of scientists, analysts, and data engineers to deliver cutting-edge insights.

What You Bring:

  • Educational Background:

    • Ph.D. and 10+ years of experience OR MS and 15+ years in biomedical engineering, epidemiology, bioinformatics, or related fields.
  • Experience & Skills:

    • Progressive experience in clinical research, data science, or healthcare analytics.
    • Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools (R, SAS, Python, SQL).
    • Ability to develop innovative approaches to data analysis and presentation.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (Databricks is a plus).
    • Knowledge of electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management devices is advantageous.
    • Proven leadership, project management, and strategic decision-making skills.
