What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead impactful projects and unlock data-driven insights that support electrophysiology and cardiac rhythm management technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to fuel innovation, guide decision-making, and support digital health initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute real-world evidence studies that drive healthcare innovation.
- Partner with leaders across clinical, regulatory, and marketing functions to prioritize projects.
- Leverage diverse healthcare data sets, such as electronic health records and device monitoring data, to inform healthcare decisions.
- Build relationships with key opinion leaders in healthcare and present findings at global conferences.
- Lead the preparation of scientific manuscripts and reports for regulatory bodies.
- Manage a high-performing team of scientists, analysts, and data engineers to deliver cutting-edge insights.
What You Bring:
Educational Background:
- Ph.D. and 10+ years of experience OR MS and 15+ years in biomedical engineering, epidemiology, bioinformatics, or related fields.
Experience & Skills:
- Progressive experience in clinical research, data science, or healthcare analytics.
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and data analysis tools (R, SAS, Python, SQL).
- Ability to develop innovative approaches to data analysis and presentation.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Databricks is a plus).
- Knowledge of electrophysiology or cardiac rhythm management devices is advantageous.
- Proven leadership, project management, and strategic decision-making skills.
