What You’ll Do:

• Build and deploy state-of-the-art large language models (LLMs) that drive next-gen embodied conversational systems.
• Lead innovation in multimodal AI — blending vision, speech, and text for dynamic interactions.
• Develop frameworks for dialogue reasoning, speech synthesis, environment interaction, and animation control.
• Explore embodied AI paradigms, from simulated characters to real-world robots.
• Apply cutting-edge techniques like RLHF, LoRA, and instruction tuning to optimize AI performance.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver impactful AI products used by millions.

What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced Degree: Master’s (or equivalent experience) or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Applied Mathematics, or related fields.
• Experience: 5+ years building and training models using CNNs, Transformers, BERT, and GPT.
• Coding Skills: Python mastery with a strong foundation in optimization and software design.
• Hands-On Expertise: Conversational AI technologies, training with PyTorch, and familiarity with MLOps workflows.
• Collaborative Spirit: A leader who thrives in a dynamic, innovative environment.

Stand Out from the Crowd:

• Fluency in a non-English language (Spanish, Mandarin, German, Japanese, etc.)
• Proficiency in GPU-based technologies like CUDA and TensorRT
• Experience integrating AI systems with sensor inputs for real-world applications
• Strong C++ skills and experience deploying models on data center/cloud systems
