What You’ll Do:

• Ask the big questions at the intersection of generative AI, gaming, and human interaction—then answer them with real-world experimentation and prototyping.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary research and product teams to shape next-gen AI-driven products.
• Analyze and model large-scale time-series behavior data involving humans and AI systems.
• Train and evaluate large language models and multimodal generative models.
• Publish original research and present at leading industry events.

What We’re Looking For:

• Advanced Degree: Ph.D. (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Human-Computer Interaction, Vision Science, Neuroscience, or related fields.
• Research Expertise: 2+ years of experience in analyzing human-AI interaction and developing behavior models.
• AI Mastery: Skilled in training large language models (LLMs) and working with vision, action, or multimodal data.
• Programming Proficiency: Strong in Python (PyTorch, HuggingFace) and/or C++.
• Problem Solver: Proactive in tackling low-level and infrastructure challenges during research.
• Collaborative Spirit: Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for interdisciplinary teamwork.

• Infrastructure Mastery: Familiar with multi-node, multi-GPU compute systems.

• Esports & Performance Coaching: Experience training yourself or others in esports, traditional sports, music, or similar performance-driven fields.
