Location: Remote (Preferably PST/MST Time Zones) | Pay Range: $79.43 - $135.24 per hour + Additional Compensation

Now, we're looking for a Manager, Data Science to help us navigate the future and deliver impactful innovations.

What You'll Do:

• Lead with Impact: Guide a team of data scientists to develop churn, retention, and lifetime value (LTV) models for the Providence App.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze patient digital journeys to improve health outcomes and product performance.
• Personalization at Scale: Build AI-driven next-best-action models to tailor content and care experiences by patient cohorts.
• Experiment and Innovate: Apply machine learning, predictive analytics, and LLMs to solve complex problems.
• Collaborate & Influence: Work closely with product leaders to align your team’s strategy with DIG’s goals.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven Experience: 6+ years in data science, predictive analytics, and machine learning (4+ years in a leadership role).
• Technical Expertise: Skilled in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, machine learning frameworks, and hands-on experience with LLMs.
• Programming Mastery: Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, Lightning, HuggingFace) and/or SQL.
• Leadership: Experience managing diverse data science teams and delivering measurable results.

What Will Set You Apart:

• Healthcare Experience: Understanding of healthcare analytics or digital health platforms.
• Project Management: Experience managing end-to-end data science projects.
• AI Enthusiast: Strong knowledge of working with cloud platforms, infrastructure solutions, and MLOps frameworks.
• Certifications: Data science, project management (e.g., CAP, CDMP, or Azure certifications).
