What You'll Be Doing:
- Design & Build: Create scalable data pipelines and MLOps workflows that drive GenAI development for secure, compliant, and efficient AI deployment.
- AI Model Lifecycle Management: Develop and maintain tools for managing the full lifecycle of AI models—versioning, monitoring, and retraining—to ensure security and privacy at every stage.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work closely with AI researchers, software engineers, and product teams to implement tools that support AI fine-tuning, model evaluation, and deployment.
- Security & Privacy Integration: Lead efforts to integrate data privacy and security controls into the AI tooling ecosystem, ensuring compliance with standards like GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA.
- Unstructured Data Management: Build cloud-native solutions to handle large-scale unstructured datasets, including automated data classification and transformation pipelines.
- Innovate and Lead: Provide thought leadership in GenAI modelOps and secOps, guiding customers on how to enhance the security of their AI models and systems.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 7-10 years in data engineering, AI/ML infrastructure, or MLOps, with a strong focus on building scalable AI solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Proficiency in building data pipelines using tools like Apache Spark, Kafka, Airflow, or similar frameworks. Deep experience in MLOps platforms (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, AWS Sagemaker).
- Programming Mastery: Strong programming skills in Python, Java, Rust, or Go, and expertise in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
- AI & Data Security: Hands-on experience with NLP, computer vision, and other multimodal AI applications. Knowledge of AI safety, robustness, bias detection, and adversarial testing.
- Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO/IEC 27001, and NIST AI RMF to ensure security and compliance in AI systems.
- Problem-Solving: A natural problem solver with a passion for securing and scaling complex AI systems.
