What You’ll Do:

As a Tech Consulting AI/ML Scientist, you’ll leverage your expertise to design and implement advanced AI and ML systems that address the most complex challenges facing businesses today. You’ll work closely with clients, analyzing their needs, optimizing processes, and delivering innovative AI/ML solutions that align with their goals.

• Innovate & Optimize: You’ll translate real-world challenges into practical, impactful AI/ML solutions that drive business value.
• End-to-End Solutioning: From concept to execution, you’ll design, experiment, and develop advanced AI/ML models, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
• Strategic Guidance: Provide expert advice to clients and internal teams, helping them navigate AI/ML transformation and scale their capabilities.
• Lead and Collaborate: Guide teams of engineers, data scientists, and technical leads while collaborating with senior executives and stakeholders to create value.

We need someone with a strong foundation in AI/ML who can bring creativity and problem-solving to the table. If you’re a seasoned AI/ML expert who thrives in dynamic, client-facing environments, we want to hear from you!

• AI/ML Expertise: Profound knowledge of AI/ML concepts, from supervised learning to deep learning, NLP, and neural networks.
• Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or Java, with a focus on building scalable and efficient AI/ML models.
• Client-Facing Experience: Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and C-suite executives.
• Leadership & Mentorship: Experience leading teams, guiding engineers, and ensuring the technical execution of AI/ML solutions.
• Collaborative: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and driving business impact.

What You Need to Succeed:

• 8+ years of experience leading AI/ML teams and driving transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience in AI/ML systems design and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience working with operations teams and integrating AI into business applications.
• Consulting experience with a client-facing role, guiding projects and creating value for customers.
• Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google) or equivalent industry experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience), preferably in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related fields.

Bonus Points If You Have:

• Experience with major AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Data privacy and compliance expertise.
• Industry-specific knowledge in Financial Services, Healthcare, or Public Services.
• Familiarity with Cloud Native, Containers, and Serverless Architectures.
