As the Global Learning Data & Insights Lead, you'll define and execute data strategies to measure the effectiveness of L&D programs, drive talent development, and optimize business outcomes in a dynamic, large-scale environment.

What You’ll Do:
???? Define Data Strategy & Governance:
- Lead the charge in developing a comprehensive data strategy for learning across the organization, aligning with broader business and talent development goals.
- Implement robust data governance standards, ensuring the integrity, security, and compliance of L&D data globally.
???? Analyze & Measure Learning Impact:
- Analyze data from learning platforms, identifying key trends, gaps, and opportunities to improve programs and performance.
- Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning models to forecast learning needs and employee development paths.
???? Innovate with Advanced Learning Analytics:
- Be at the forefront of new technologies and analytics tools like AI-driven insights, adaptive learning platforms, and real-time engagement tracking.
- Lead the adoption of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) to deliver clear, actionable insights to stakeholders.
???? Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Work closely with teams across P&O, IT, and business units to integrate L&D data with HR metrics for holistic workforce insights.
- Partner with leaders to translate data insights into actionable strategies for employee retention, performance management, and leadership development.
???? Create Impactful Data Stories:
- Use data storytelling to help stakeholders understand the tangible impact of learning on business performance and associate development.
- Build intuitive dashboards and reports to provide real-time insights that empower data-driven decision-making.
What We’re Looking For:
???? Education & Experience:
- A Bachelor’s in Data Science, Business Analytics, Learning & Development, or related field (Advanced degrees preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in learning analytics, HR data analysis, or data strategy, ideally within a large, global organization.
???? Skills & Expertise:
- Expertise in data visualization (Tableau, Power BI) and HR systems (Workday, SuccessFactors).
- Strong understanding of learning metrics and frameworks (e.g., Kirkpatrick’s Model, ROI).
- Experience with predictive analytics and machine learning is a bonus!
???? Communication & Leadership:
- Excellent communication skills to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong project management abilities to drive cross-functional initiatives and global data strategies.
???? Certifications (Preferred):
- Certification in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or HR Analytics.
- Certification in Learning & Development (e.g., CPLP, ATD) is a plus.
