We're now looking for an experienced AI and ML Engineer III to join our talented team and shape the future of AI development for mission-critical programs.

What You'll Do

As our AI and ML Engineer III, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of artificial intelligence systems for government clients. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Collaborating with Project Managers: Work with project managers to define clear objectives for AI systems, ensuring we meet the highest standards of performance and functionality.
• Designing AI Prototypes: Create AI algorithm prototypes based on project specifications, ready to tackle complex challenges and push the envelope of innovation.
• Conducting AI Performance Tests: Run comprehensive tests to assess AI performance and ensure algorithms are delivering optimal results.
• Data Analysis: Analyze test data to identify strengths and weaknesses in AI models and continuously improve performance.
• Optimizing Algorithms: Implement changes to AI algorithms to enhance functionality, accuracy, and user experience.
• Troubleshooting and Support: Address issues in deployed AI systems, working toward seamless integration and enhanced user satisfaction.
• Documenting the Process: Keep meticulous records of development steps, ensuring transparency and thorough communication across the team.
• Staying on Top of Innovations: Continuously research and remain up-to-date on the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is excited about advancing the capabilities of AI. If you have the following, we’d love to hear from you:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of developing high-performance algorithms.
• Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
• Deep understanding of AI concepts, machine learning techniques, and performance optimization.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and address complex AI system issues.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to document processes and explain technical concepts clearly.
