At Capital One, we’re seeking a Cyber Risk & Analysis Associate to join our dynamic team. As a subject matter expert, you'll help guide business customers through risk assessments, leverage AI/ML tools to interpret data, and make actionable recommendations that drive our organization's cyber risk strategies forward. What You’ll Do:

• Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, driving conversations and ensuring projects are delivered on time and on point.
• Data Interpretation & Analysis: Take complex risk assessment data and translate it into meaningful insights that empower business leaders to make informed decisions.
• Strategic Recommendations: Use your analytical skills to make actionable recommendations, helping teams understand potential risks and the best steps to mitigate them.
• Clear Communication: Create detailed reports and presentations that communicate results in a concise and understandable way for various business audiences.
• Problem-Solving & Research: Dive into challenges, explore innovative solutions, and research the latest in AI and ML techniques to stay ahead of potential risks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 1 year of experience in Risk Management or Project Management

• Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in Business Process Management
  • 2+ years of experience in Project Management
  • Passion for emerging technologies, particularly in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
