What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate & Innovate: Join forces with a dynamic team of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design and deliver solutions that delight our customers and elevate their financial lives.
• Tech Stack Mastery: Work with a wide range of advanced technologies—Python, Conda, AWS, H2O, Spark, and more—to uncover key insights from vast, complex datasets.
• End-to-End Model Development: From ideation to implementation, build machine learning models that drive business outcomes. You’ll design, train, validate, and deploy models that make a tangible difference in the world.
• Bridge the Gap: Use your communication skills to translate technical complexity into real-world impact, ensuring your insights translate into actionable business goals.

Basic Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) plus at least 2 years of experience in data analytics, or you’re pursuing a Master’s Degree (or PhD) in a related field, to be completed before your start date.
• 1+ year of experience using open-source programming languages (e.g., Python, R) for large-scale data analysis.
• 1+ year working with machine learning techniques.
• 1+ year of experience with relational databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree or PhD in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics).
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with AWS.
• Proficiency with Python, Scala, or R and machine learning frameworks.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database management.
