Your Role:
As a Data Scientist specializing in Machine Learning at Fractal, you will be at the forefront of our cutting-edge AI solutions. You’ll partner with clients, internal teams, and leaders to design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms that revolutionize how businesses operate.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI Strategy Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand complex business challenges and design AI-driven solutions that make a significant impact.
- Machine Learning Mastery: Develop, evaluate, and deploy advanced machine learning models, including techniques like linear regression, time series forecasting, neural networks, and deep learning to provide actionable insights from big data.
- Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of the curve by researching the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our solutions.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure solutions align with strategic goals.
- Data Handling Excellence: Work with large, complex datasets, ensuring they’re clean, well-prepared, and ready for impactful machine learning applications.
- Leadership in Analytics: Lead initiatives that push the envelope in predictive and prescriptive analytics, leveraging machine learning to solve real-world problems.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Machine Learning algorithms (including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, etc.), and a strong understanding of data modeling and evaluation strategies.
- Programming Skills: Experience with Python and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, and Scikit-learn. Bonus points for familiarity with big data platforms like Hadoop and Spark.
- Experience: At least 3-5 years in a Machine Learning or data science role, with a proven ability to build and deploy models that have made a measurable business impact.
- Cloud Exposure: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure is a plus.
- Big Data: Hands-on experience working with large and complex datasets.
