About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Clinical Programmer I to join our Clinical Data Science (CDS) team. In this role, you’ll work with R/Python programming languages to create dynamic, visual data displays that help streamline the data cleaning and data review process for clinical trials. As you collaborate with experienced programmers, you’ll get the chance to hone your skills, create impactful data visualizations, and dive into real-world programming applications in the life sciences industry.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone with some programming experience who is eager to grow and learn new techniques in the world of clinical data science.

What You’ll Do:

• Programming: Utilize R/Python to transform raw clinical trial data into easily interpretable and visually engaging data displays.
• Collaborate: Work closely with more experienced programmers to expand your skill set and tackle complex data challenges.
• Data Visualization: Create effective data visualizations that communicate clinical insights to streamline data review and management.
• Documentation: Write and maintain clean, well-commented code that describes each step of your programming process.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure your work adheres to company standards and departmental policies for consistency and accuracy.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree: A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, or Life Sciences).
• Programming Experience: Some experience with any programming language (ideally R/Python) and an eagerness to learn and grow your technical skills.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and communicate well in a team-oriented environment.
• Organized & Prioritized: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
