About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist, Consumer Experience Insights (CXI) to join our innovative team. You will leverage advanced analytics, machine learning (ML), and natural language processing (NLP) to enhance the experience for our members. You will be responsible for the development of data science solutions that transform consumer insights into actionable strategies, ensuring our mission to improve senior healthcare is fully realized.
What You'll Do
In this exciting and impactful role, you will:
- Develop Advanced Analytics Solutions: Use your expertise in ML, deep learning, NLP, and Gen AI to build solutions that analyze structured and unstructured data, from call audio to customer feedback.
- Drive Business Intelligence: Develop and deploy machine learning-based tools to enhance data analysis capabilities and automate data processes for actionable insights.
- Clean and Process Data: Manage complex data sets, including call transcripts, customer feedback, and clinical data, ensuring the data is ready for analysis.
- Integrate Data Sources: Connect diverse data sources across the organization—operational, clinical, provider, call center data, and more—into one unified system for timely and accurate insights.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with senior leaders, translating technical insights into business-friendly recommendations that directly inform decisions and strategies.
- Deliver Impactful Visualizations: Build and present compelling data visualizations that help internal stakeholders understand key insights and make informed decisions.
- Lead and Guide the Team: Provide mentorship to junior data scientists and ensure high-quality, timely delivery of data science solutions.
- Leverage Cutting-Edge Technology: Work with state-of-the-art tools and cloud-based platforms such as Azure AI Cloud and Databricks, and apply Generative AI to solve real-world healthcare challenges.
Your Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree (Master’s preferred) in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in data science, with a strong background in machine learning and predictive analytics.
- SQL Skills: Proficiency in Advanced SQL for data manipulation and querying.
- Data Processing Expertise: 3+ years of experience with large-scale data processing frameworks such as Spark in Databricks.
- Cloud & ML Expertise: 2+ years of experience working with Azure and other ML/AI services.
- Healthcare Knowledge: Familiarity with healthcare data and an understanding of customer experience (CX) from a business analyst perspective is a plus.
- Leadership: Ability to lead projects and guide junior data scientists to success, ensuring that industry best practices are followed.
