Lead Technical Development: Drive the development of computer vision models from start to finish—leading data labeling, model training, and evaluation to create impactful business solutions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, machine learning engineers, subject matter experts, and change management professionals to align technical solutions with business goals.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Lead conversations with business stakeholders to understand requirements, scope projects, and prioritize work to deliver measurable business value through data science.
End-to-End Delivery: Participate in the full lifecycle of model development—from data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to building data products and presenting insights to stakeholders.
Innovative Problem Solving: Apply machine learning techniques, statistical models, and algorithms to design and develop reproducible, scalable models for automating asset inspections and other critical business functions.
Mentorship & Peer Review: As a senior data scientist, you will provide guidance, review models, and offer constructive feedback to junior data scientists, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
Stakeholder Communication: Present your findings and recommendations in a clear and actionable manner to business officers and senior management, driving data-backed decisions.
