What You'll Do:
- Innovate with AI: Design, build, and deploy scalable, maintainable models that handle massive amounts of data, transforming real estate experiences through machine learning.
- Data-Driven Solutions: Collaborate with teams to develop predictive models for recommendations, image classification, and natural language processing.
- Optimize & Automate: Build powerful data pipelines to collect, train, and measure machine learning models, ensuring seamless deployment and real-time insights.
- Technical Excellence: Maintain best practices in cloud-based environments, test and validate models, and deliver robust ML solutions to market.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. a big plus).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or C#.
- Deep understanding of ML tools like TensorFlow, Keras, and Scikit-learn.
- Expertise in image classification, recommendation systems, and object detection.
- Strong math and analytical skills to tackle complex challenges.
- Experience building pipelines for model training, deployment, and large-scale data processing.
Bonus Skills:
- Knowledge of Databricks, SageMaker, and other cloud ML tools.
- Experience integrating data from multiple sources.
- Familiarity with SQL Server, AWS RDS, DynamoDB, or similar databases.
