We’re looking for a creative, results-driven AI Feature Engineer to design and implement AI features and data pipelines for a variety of AI-powered products, services, and models. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on big challenges, loves working with complex data, and is passionate about developing solutions that push the boundaries of AI and machine learning.
Design AI-Powered Features: Build, test, and maintain scalable, reliable data pipelines for diverse AI models. Your features will directly fuel product innovation and enhance business capabilities.
Data Preparation & Annotation: Work with diverse data types (images, text, tabular, time series) to ensure data is properly prepared, annotated, labeled, and monitored for use in AI models.
Data Transformation & Troubleshooting: Manage large datasets, perform ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) operations, and troubleshoot data quality issues to ensure integrity in model outputs.
AI Infrastructure & Models: Develop the architectures and data models to support advanced AI algorithms and machine learning frameworks.
Collaborative Innovation: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—engineers, data scientists, AI scientists, and business stakeholders—to transform business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
Cutting-Edge AI Applications: Apply AI to domains like Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, and Recommender Systems.
Documentation & Communication: Create and communicate technical specifications, model architectures, and results clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Research & Best Practices: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest advancements in AI and incorporate best practices into every project. Share knowledge with peers and guide other engineers in AI techniques.
End-to-End Development: Be responsible for the full AI feature lifecycle—from design and testing to deployment and post-launch monitoring.
Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Computer Science, Engineering, AI, etc.).
AI Experience: 3+ years in developing and deploying AI features for products and services. Proven experience working with machine learning and deep learning models.
Technical Expertise:
AI Techniques: Strong working knowledge of AI techniques and applications across various domains such as NLP, Computer Vision, Speech Recognition, and Recommender Systems.
AutoML Knowledge: Experience with AutoML frameworks is a plus!
Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to think critically and creatively to solve complex AI challenges in a fast-paced environment.
Collaboration Skills: Comfortable working independently and as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team.
Communication: Ability to explain complex AI concepts to a broad range of stakeholders, both technical and business-focused.
