As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Data Analyst who can transform complex data into actionable insights, helping us optimize performance and drive strategy at every level of our operations.


What You’ll Do:

As a Senior Data Analyst at Park Industries, you’ll be at the forefront of our data-driven evolution. You’ll partner with key stakeholders, gather insights, and use your statistical expertise to guide decision-making and shape business strategy. Here's what you’ll be working on:

  • Data Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify data analysis needs, define objectives, and prioritize projects that align with business goals.
  • Data Collection & Modeling: Design and implement robust processes to collect, clean, and analyze data. Develop and manage data models to centralize information and ensure consistency across reporting.
  • Advanced Analysis: Dive deep into large, complex data sets, using advanced statistical techniques to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Train and support functional analysts across departments, helping them leverage data to inform decisions and drive performance across the company.
  • IT Collaboration: Partner with our IT Infrastructure team to establish and maintain version control and consistency across reports and data systems.
  • Data Visualization: Build and maintain interactive dashboards and reports that effectively communicate your insights to leaders and key stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay ahead of the curve by embracing industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies that can improve our data processes and decision-making.

Your Qualifications:

To thrive in this role, we’re looking for someone who’s passionate about data and its power to shape strategy. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (or Associate Degree) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in data analysis, statistical methods, and data visualization tools. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a strong plus.
  • Expertise in advanced statistical techniques, data visualization tools, and data analysis methodologies.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
  • A collaborative mindset, eager to work with cross-functional teams and communicate insights at all organizational levels.
  • Strong proficiency with data analysis software (e.g., Python, R, SQL) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

Pay Transparency Statement:

In alignment with pay transparency regulations, the anticipated starting salary for this position ranges from $84,500 to $114,000 annually. Please note that the salary range is an estimate and final compensation will be based on factors like experience, education, location, and assigned shift. Full-time employees may also be eligible for additional variable compensation and company-wide incentives.
