What You'll Do:

• Innovate with AI: Leverage Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) to build smart, efficient solutions for document review, organization, and Q&A processes in M&A.
• Develop & Deploy: Create state-of-the-art AI models using Deep Learning, Transformers, and Large Language Models (LLMs), and deploy them at scale to drive business impact.
• Collaborate for Success: Work hand-in-hand with AI/ML teams, product managers, and engineers to develop requirements, timelines, and integrated customer solutions.
• Optimize & Improve: Continuously optimize and scale existing models to meet the needs of high-level M&A transactions, ensuring high levels of accuracy, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
• Shape the Future: Your work will be highly visible to executive leadership and will play a key role in guiding the strategic direction of Datasite's cutting-edge products.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy AI-driven solutions that enhance M&A workflows, from document management to real-time Q&A processes.
• Design new AI models and algorithms to power critical features within Datasite’s platform.
• Optimize and maintain the performance of existing AI models to ensure the highest standards of efficiency.
• Work closely with engineering teams and MLOps to ensure successful deployment and ongoing monitoring of production solutions.
• Deliver actionable insights through data analysis and feature engineering to improve AI product development and deployment.

What We're Looking For:

• Advanced Degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on AI/ML experience, specifically with Python and Deep Learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Proven expertise in building and deploying AI solutions at scale for unstructured text data using Transformers and LLMs.
• Experience designing AI solutions from ideation to implementation, including EDA (Exploratory Data Analysis).
• Familiarity with deploying AI applications on cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Strong collaboration skills with a focus on delivering customer-centric AI solutions.
• Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
• A natural curiosity to understand customer needs, business context, and the impact of shipping real-world solutions.
