What You'll Be Doing:
- AI Model Development: Design, build, and deploy sophisticated AI/ML models to tackle complex challenges in the construction and real estate space.
- Lead Strategic Initiatives: Drive the development of key AI initiatives, contributing to the growth of Ryan’s AI roadmap and guiding the team towards innovative solutions.
- Data Preparation: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of data—collect, clean, preprocess, and ensure datasets are primed for training and fine-tuning AI models.
- Application Development: Write scalable, efficient, and maintainable code in Python or Java for high-performing AI applications.
- Deploy Models at Scale: Implement and ensure the smooth deployment of AI models in production environments, keeping them stable, scalable, and performance-oriented.
- Cost Management: Be mindful of cost frameworks while managing AI applications, ensuring efficient resource use and scalability.
- Culture Building: Help cultivate a data-driven culture and actively promote the value of AI-powered decision-making within the company.
What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in building and deploying AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms like Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Strong experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications, especially for tasks like document analysis, image recognition, and semantic search.
- Deep expertise in working with large language models (LLMs) and custom fine-tuning to cater to specific real-world applications.
- Cloud infrastructure and data pipelines experience, with a focus on preprocessing for AI/ML models.
- Familiarity with vector databases and data integration techniques.
- Experience building AI agents for enterprise applications, along with knowledge in NLP and Computer Vision.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL.
- Experience with ETL processes and integrating AI insights into Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
