At the cutting edge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), we’re looking for an NLP Analyst to join our team and help revolutionize how AI understands and interacts with human language. You’ll play a pivotal role in improving the Natural Language Understanding (NLU) capabilities of our bots, driving the success of customer interactions, and ensuring every conversation is as seamless and accurate as possible.
This project is all about enhancing AI’s ability to “speak” like a human — and you’ll be the expert leading the charge!
???? What You’ll Do:
- Refine NLU Models: Review and analyze utterances, refine synonyms, and ensure the overall quality of language processing to improve Natural Language Understanding.
- Collaborate & Train: Work closely with business partners and IT teams to develop training materials, train the AI bots, and implement improvements in real-time.
- Optimize Performance: Tune and train the bots to understand language nuances, identify underperforming areas, and improve NLU outcomes.
- Develop Knowledge Graphs: Design ontologies and knowledge graphs that enable the NLP system to understand and respond with greater accuracy and depth.
- Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess the performance of the NLP models, applying analytical insights to continuously improve bot effectiveness and accuracy.
???? What We’re Looking For:
Must-Haves:
- NLP or Speech Scientist Background: Strong experience in Natural Language Processing and understanding how language models work.
- NLU & Machine Learning Expertise: Proven ability to work with Natural Language Understanding and Machine Learning techniques, fine-tuning models for optimal performance.
- Training & Tuning Experience: Hands-on experience training AI bots, refining models, and optimizing for better results.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to pinpoint issues in bot performance, analyze tuning data, and make data-driven decisions to improve accuracy.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bot Experience: Experience with chatbots or voice bots is a huge plus!
- IVR Knowledge: Familiarity with Interactive Voice Response (IVR) systems and how they relate to NLP systems.
