???? What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design & Build AI Models: Develop and optimize machine learning models for a range of applications, including recommendation engines, similarity search, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Master FAISS: Leverage FAISS to perform fast and scalable similarity searches, enabling efficient retrieval of high-dimensional data.
• Collaborate with Experts: Work closely with our data science and engineering teams to build end-to-end AI solutions that integrate seamlessly into production systems.
• Data Prep & Feature Engineering: Handle data preprocessing, feature extraction, and vectorization to ensure models perform at their best.
• Optimize for Scale: Focus on scalability, speed, and efficiency when deploying models, particularly for large datasets and real-time applications.
• Test & Evaluate: Perform A/B testing and evaluate model performance to ensure reliability and effectiveness.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously learn and implement the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and vector search technologies.
• Document and Lead: Document your work clearly, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members and ensuring alignment across the team.

???? What We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of AI/ML development experience, with a strong focus on similarity search, NLP, or recommendation systems.
• Proven expertise with FAISS for high-performance similarity search and indexing.
• Proficient in Python and familiar with ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn.
• Experience working with large datasets, including feature extraction and vectorization techniques.
• Familiarity with additional vector databases and retrieval techniques is a plus.
• Solid understanding of mathematical concepts in machine learning, including clustering, dimensionality reduction, and neural network architectures.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying models and managing data.
• Strong analytical skills and effective problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
