- Transform Data into Actionable Insights: Work with high-resolution machine and agronomic data to develop and test predictive models that optimize farming decisions.
- Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product managers and data engineers to design, scale, and deliver full-stack data science solutions that make a real-world impact.
- Build Production-Ready Models: Develop and deploy machine learning models that drive smarter farming practices and enhance crop yields.
- Measure Success: Define and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure customer outcomes and ensure our solutions deliver measurable value.
- Ensure Data Excellence: Work closely with Data Engineering teams to guarantee that data is stored efficiently, accessible, and ready to support advanced analytics at scale.
- Communicate with Impact: Present complex data science methodologies and findings to a variety of stakeholders in a clear, understandable way. Whether it's through reports, meetings, or presentations, you’ll make sure your insights are heard and acted upon.
???? What You Need to Succeed:
- Programming Proficiency: Strong experience developing production-ready models using Python or other Object-Oriented programming languages.
- Data Expertise: Experience with data-access technologies like SQL, Spark, Databricks, BigQuery, or MongoDB.
- Visualization Skills: Expertise with tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio to bring data to life and communicate findings.
- Machine Learning Experience: Hands-on experience building machine learning models, including supervised, unsupervised, and regression models, as well as familiarity with probabilistic inference and natural language processing.
- Clear Communication: Strong writing, speaking, and presentation skills — you're able to explain complex concepts in simple terms for non-technical audiences and document your work clearly for reproducibility.
