What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate & Innovate: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and ML engineers to define requirements and build AI/ML solutions tailored to business needs.
  • State-of-the-Art AI/ML Solutions: Design, develop, and deploy advanced AI/ML/LLM/GenAI models, such as GPT-4, for a variety of business use cases.
  • Optimize Models: Fine-tune generative models for specific NLP applications like text generation and summarization, ensuring high-quality output.
  • Real-Time Monitoring: Implement mechanisms to continuously track model performance, ensuring reliability and accuracy.
  • Advanced Experimentation: Conduct thorough evaluations of models, iterate on architectures, and implement improvements to enhance overall performance.
  • Impactful Communication: Translate complex AI/ML/GenAI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving understanding and action.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience in applied AI/ML engineering, developing and deploying machine learning models in production.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and experience with OpenAI API for model integration.
  • Cloud & Infrastructure: Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices design.
  • Machine Learning Fundamentals: Strong knowledge of statistics, classification, regression, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs).
  • Model Optimization: Ability to tackle challenges in AI/ML/LLM/GenAI, optimizing models for NLP applications to ensure high performance.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and communicate technical insights effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Financial Services Experience: Familiarity with the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Expertise in RAG: Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
  • Generative Model Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing successful NLP projects utilizing OpenAI APIs and advanced prompting strategies like Chain-of-Thoughts, Tree-of-Thoughts, or Graph-of-Thoughts.
