Lead the Way in Data-Driven Decisions (25%): You’ll be at the helm of driving informed decisions that improve how our products are built, executed, and adopted. Your insights will power key changes that move the needle.
Collaborate & Innovate (20%): Partner with product managers, marketing, and engineering teams to understand our business needs and use data to influence product strategies. Your collaborative spirit will help us grow together.
Automate & Ensure Quality (15%): Create smart anomaly detection systems and quality assurance metrics to ensure that our models are performing optimally and consistently. Your work will be the safeguard for top-tier data quality.
Communication is Key (15%): You’ll be the go-to expert, developing best practices in quantitative analysis and sharing your findings across teams. Your presentations will translate complex data into actionable insights.
Ad-Hoc Analysis (15%): Dive deep into ad-hoc analyses, answer critical business questions, and present solutions that make an immediate impact.
Stay Ahead of the Curve (10%): Keep your finger on the pulse of the latest tech trends and apply cutting-edge methods to solve real-world business challenges.
Proven Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in analytics, data mining, and predictive modeling, ideally in B2C or internet-scale environments.
Master of the Tools: You’re proficient in SQL and Python and comfortable working with PySpark. You’ve handled terabyte-scale data sets, scaling solutions that meet complex needs.
Tech Savvy: You’re highly skilled in data visualization and know how to create dashboards, reports, and visuals that communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Communication Pro: You’re an excellent collaborator, able to work seamlessly across teams and cultures, leading projects from start to finish with minimal guidance. You make your work accessible and impactful for everyone you work with.
