Entergy is looking for an AI Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team and empower business users with the AI knowledge and tools they need to innovate and excel. You’ll be part of an exciting journey to shape Entergy’s AI landscape, delivering cutting-edge enablement programs for analytics, automation, and generative AI.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with analytics teams and business leaders to identify AI opportunities and tailor knowledge-sharing programs to meet business needs.
• Design & Deliver Engaging Content: Partner with subject matter experts to create and deliver impactful training materials, toolkits, quick-start guides, and product demos, making AI concepts accessible and easy to understand.
• Enable AI Success: Help employees develop AI solutions by providing guidance on leveraging AI tools, platform processes, and best practices.
• Foster AI Community: Lead a community of AI practitioners by facilitating knowledge-sharing across the company and encouraging collaboration to drive AI adoption.
• Measure Impact: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through surveys, performance evaluations, and post-engagement feedback, continuously improving the content and delivery methods.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Stay up to date on the latest AI and machine learning trends, incorporating emerging technologies into the training process.

Who You Are:

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Experience:
  • Specialist III: 4+ years of experience in technology or AI-related roles, with at least 2 years in software, data science, machine learning, or automation engineering.
  • Specialist, Sr: 6+ years, with at least 3 years in AI or related fields.
  • Specialist, Sr Lead: 8+ years, with at least 4 years in AI, software, or automation engineering.
• Skills: Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with AI and machine learning principles, cloud-based platforms, and emerging technologies.
• Experience in the Energy/Utility Industry is a plus.
