As a Data Scientist - Utilization Management, you'll have the opportunity to leverage your advanced analytics and statistical techniques to drive better health outcomes, improve operational efficiencies, and optimize the way care is delivered.

What You'll Do:

• Optimize Utilization Management: Use your data expertise to develop analytic solutions that optimize healthcare processes, improving the quality and efficiency of care delivery.

• Dive Deep into Data: Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to uncover actionable insights that drive business decisions and improve health outcomes. No two days are the same as you explore diverse data sets!

• Advanced Analytics at Your Fingertips: Apply advanced statistical techniques, causal inference, and mathematical analyses to solve complex healthcare problems.

• Create & Visualize: Develop data structures and pipelines to organize, collect, and standardize data, ensuring that your findings are presented clearly and effectively to business stakeholders using data visualization tools.

• Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with both technical and non-technical teams, leading cross-functional initiatives. You'll be the voice of data-driven insights and help shape decisions that will have a real-world impact.

• Be a Change-Maker: Develop repeatable, scalable solutions to enhance data quality and drive actionable insights that help improve patient care and optimize healthcare delivery.

What You Bring:

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of analytic experience, especially in data-driven decision-making.
• Proficient in SQL and Python (1+ years of experience each).
• At least 1 year of experience leading business analyses with proven impact—using data to solve real business problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, BigQuery, and other cloud-based tools.
• Strong communication skills: You know how to explain complex data and analyses to a variety of audiences.
• A knack for solving problems as they arise, with the ability to work across large data sets from multiple sources.

Education:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
