Expertise in AI/ML: Strong foundation in machine learning, deep learning, and model optimization. Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, or predictive modeling is a plus.
Technical Skills:
Collaboration & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams. Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Education: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's or PhD in AI/ML or similar is a big plus!
