As a Data Scientist on the Digital Experience team, you will leverage advanced data science techniques and cutting-edge tools to influence TI’s digital strategy. Your work will be pivotal in enhancing customer personalization and journey modeling, making an impact on TI’s digital presence and marketing efforts.
Lead Personalization and Journey Optimization: Design and implement advanced machine learning models to drive personalization and optimize customer journeys in a B2B business model.
Build Recommendation Systems: Work on developing key components of recommendation systems, helping predict the most relevant product and content recommendations for hundreds of thousands of users.
Analyze Big Data: Dive deep into large datasets to uncover insights, trends, and patterns that will directly influence marketing and sales strategies.
Segmentation & Clustering: Create predictive models to segment and cluster customer behaviors, working with marketing analysts to identify opportunities for targeted interventions.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, and IT teams to translate business requirements into data science solutions that drive real business outcomes.
Optimize Digital Experiences: Work closely with Digital Experience & UX strategists to design and implement A/B tests, refining digital experiences and marketing campaigns for maximum impact.
Ensure Best Practices: Uphold data science best practices, maintaining proper documentation and version control of models.
We’re looking for a problem solver with a strong data science foundation, a deep interest in customer behavior, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights that drive business results.
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.
Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis and model development.
Strong expertise in statistical analysis, experimental design, and causal inference.
Experience deploying models in production environments and optimizing model performance over time.
Master’s or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, or related fields.
SQL proficiency and experience working with large datasets.
Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (Google Cloud AI, AWS SageMaker) and Unix-based systems.
Knowledge of emerging trends in data science, including Generative AI and its applications.
Experience with marketing automation systems (Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot) and CRM platforms.
Familiarity with Customer Data Platforms (Tealium, Segment, ActionIQ) and web analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics).
Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
NLP and text analytics experience.
