We are looking for an RPA Business Analyst who is ready to help us automate, optimize, and innovate within our operations. If you're passionate about technology, process improvement, and making a lasting impact on a global scale, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do:As our RPA Business Analyst, you'll be the essential link between business units and our technical RPA development team. You'll work side-by-side with both teams to analyze existing workflows, identify automation opportunities, and design processes that drive efficiency and enhance productivity across the board.

  • Spot Automation Opportunities: Dive into business processes and identify areas where Robotic Process Automation (RPA) can make a meaningful difference.
  • Document & Map Processes: Create clear, actionable process maps and gather functional requirements to ensure the automation meets business needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with stakeholders to define, prioritize, and document RPA project requirements while ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Validate & Test: Work with RPA developers to design automation workflows, and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure flawless implementation.
  • Guide & Educate: Act as the key RPA advocate, helping business units understand the potential of automation and managing expectations.
  • Drive Continuous Improvement: Evaluate ongoing processes, propose scalable solutions, and suggest areas for further automation to align with organizational goals.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1+ years working with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) and helping businesses improve through automation.
  • Skills: Proficiency in documenting workflows, gathering requirements, and supporting cross-functional teams. Knowledge of data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or Python is a plus!
  • Technical Curiosity: A keen interest in technology and process improvement. You’re excited about the potential of RPA and want to be part of a team that is driving change.
  • Communication: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
