What You’ll Do:

• Transform Business Needs into Actionable Insights: Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate business requirements into powerful Power BI visualizations that drive decision-making.
• Develop Robust Data Solutions: Build sustainable and reusable business logic within Power BI, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Enhance Data Architecture: Work with a variety of data acquisition tools such as Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake (ADL), and Cosmos DB to streamline data processes.
• Client-Facing Engagements: Engage directly with clients during self-service analytics governance workshops, guiding them through best practices in data visualization and automation.
• Leverage Cutting-Edge Tech: Utilize your MongoDB expertise to work with NoSQL databases and integrate with data warehouses and lakehouses in Azure ecosystems.

What You Need:

• Power BI Expertise: You are a master of Power BI, with hands-on experience in developing reports, dashboards, and advanced visualizations.
• NoSQL & MongoDB Background: Solid understanding of MongoDB and NoSQL data structures to extract and manipulate data seamlessly.
• Data Acquisition Skills: Proficient in tools like Azure Data Factory (ADF), Azure Data Lake, Databricks, Azure SQL, and Kusto to streamline data ingestion and ETL processes.
• Client-Facing Experience: Comfortable leading and contributing to workshops focused on self-service analytics and data governance.
• Retail/Transportation/Supply Chain Experience: Prior experience with automation projects for retail, transportation, or supply chain industries is a plus!

Additional Requirements:

• Strong SQL Skills: Expertise in SQL for querying and managing large datasets.
• Azure & Cloud Integration: Deep understanding of Microsoft Azure stack, especially in data engineering and management.
