Salary Range (Minnesota): $98,332.76 - $153,802.53
Salary Range (Illinois): $103,015.28 - $161,126.45

What You’ll Do:

  • Shape the Future of AI: Lead the design and development of innovative AI and machine learning solutions for some of the biggest infrastructure challenges. Your work will drive the use of AI to solve real-world problems and provide actionable business insights.

  • Deep Dive into Data: Analyze massive datasets, discover patterns, and find insights that help our clients and internal teams make better decisions. Whether it’s structured or unstructured data, you’ll find creative ways to turn it into value.

  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work alongside data scientists, engineers, and business leaders to understand the needs of both internal and external stakeholders and apply AI models to create business-changing solutions.

  • Build and Optimize Models: Develop predictive and generative models, leveraging the latest AI tools and technologies. Apply techniques like predictive modeling, generative AI, and large language models (LLMs) to improve customer experiences, optimize operations, and create actionable insights.

  • Lead with Impact: Be a driving force behind the iterative learning and development cycles of our AI solutions, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with business goals.

  • Create Business Solutions: Identify opportunities for using AI and data to create business value, whether it’s improving operational efficiency, driving customer engagement, or optimizing revenue.

  • Test and Improve: Develop A/B testing frameworks to validate and optimize models, ensuring they deliver real-world results.

  • Share Your Insights: Communicate complex AI concepts and results to diverse audiences, translating technical details into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders.


What You’ll Need:

  • Education & Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field + 6 years of relevant experience.
    • Or, a Master’s degree in a related field + 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Or, 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
  • AI & Machine Learning Expertise: Solid experience with AI model development, data mining, and predictive modeling to solve complex business problems.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in Python, R, SQL, or similar languages for building and validating AI models.
    • Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and distributed computing tools (e.g., MapReduce, Spark).
  • Data Visualization: Experience using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or other platforms to present complex data in an easily digestible format for stakeholders.

  • Generative AI & LLMs: Experience successfully implementing Generative AI solutions and leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-world applications.

  • Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to convey complex ideas to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. Your communication skills will help shape key decisions and provide actionable insights to clients and leadership.


What We Prefer:

  • Master’s Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Experience in the Transportation Industry or other infrastructure sectors.
  • Consulting Experience: You’ve helped clients navigate complex AI challenges in real-world scenarios and understand the value AI can bring to large-scale projects.
