Our team is growing, and we’re looking for a talented Applied AI/ML Senior Associate to help us push the boundaries of AI and shape the future of work at one of the world’s largest financial institutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work closely with business leaders across the firm to understand their needs and identify how AI/ML can provide impactful solutions.

• Develop AI/ML Solutions: Design, develop, and implement AI and ML models that solve key business challenges. Whether it’s predictive analytics, optimization, or natural language processing (NLP), your work will directly influence business strategy and outcomes.

• Operationalize Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn AI/ML models into actionable, scalable solutions. You’ll be a key player in the end-to-end process from ideation to deployment.

• Innovate: Engage in R&D to create new and cutting-edge solutions that not only solve today’s problems but anticipate tomorrow’s needs.

• Lead & Mentor: Coach junior team members, fostering an environment of growth and development while ensuring the team delivers top-tier AI/ML solutions.

• Drive Business Impact: Your models and insights will contribute to strategic decision-making at the highest levels of the firm, improving everything from talent management to operational efficiencies.

What You Need:

• Experience:

  • 3+ years of applied AI/ML experience, including hands-on work with machine learning techniques (supervised, unsupervised, and semi-supervised).
  • Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.

• Technical Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Python, including experience with libraries like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.
  • Experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its real-world applications.
  • Familiarity with Spark, Hive, SQL, and big data technologies.

• Problem-Solving:

  • The ability to approach complex challenges with a mix of quantitative analysis, data science techniques, and strategic insight.

• Communication Skills:

  • You can explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that your insights drive decision-making at all levels of the firm.

• Collaboration:

  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams and engage with various departments to deliver AI/ML solutions that address business needs.

What We Prefer:

• Financial Services Background: Experience working in the financial sector, ideally with knowledge of HR analytics or workforce data.

• PhD in Relevant Field: A doctorate in one of the relevant disciplines (such as Data Science, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics) would be a plus.
